Extended frame warranty

All bicycle brands in our portfolio are subject to a 24-month statutory warranty period. This applies in particular to the manufacturing defects of individual parts of the bicycle. The warranty does not apply to the mechanical wear of parts that occurs during normal bicycle use. It also does not apply to defects resulting from natural disasters or inappropriate use or accident. You can find this topic in detail in our business conditions.

Several bicycle manufacturers offer an extension of the warranty for the new bicycle frame as a benefit. See below for details on how to extend the warranty to individual brands. You can also find links to registering your new bicycle at the manufacturer, which is in most cases a condition for applying an extended warranty to the frame. Warranty extension is optional in all cases. When not in use, a standard 24-month warranty applies. The warranty in all cases applies to the original owner.
