All bicycle brands in our portfolio are subject to a 24-month statutory warranty period. This applies in particular to the manufacturing defects of individual parts of the bicycle. The warranty does not apply to the mechanical wear of parts that occurs during normal bicycle use. It also does not apply to defects resulting from natural disasters or inappropriate use or accident. Several bicycle manufacturers offer an extension of the warranty for the new bicycle frame as a benefit. See below for details on how to extend the warranty to individual brands. You can also find links to registering your new bicycle at the manufacturer, which is in most cases a condition for applying an extended warranty to the frame. Warranty extension is optional in all cases. When not in use, a standard 24-month warranty applies. The warranty in all cases applies to the original owner.

In addition to the standard 24-month warranty, the Slovak manufacturer offers an additional 36 months warranty on the bicycle frame. Overall, it provides a 5 year warranty on the frame of your new bike. To activate the warranty, you need to register the bicycle on the manufacturer's website. Bicycles from the German city of Cloppenburg bear the quality mark. Therefore, the manufacturer has freely offered the 6-year warranty on the frame for its carbon bikes. To use the 6-year warranty, you need to register at the manufacturer's site within 8 weeks of the Focus bike purchase.
Cannondale offers a lifetime warranty for frames and forks. This applies to the original owner who registers the bike on the manufacturer's page. However, the warranty can not be applied to bicycle frames from the category gravity, freeride, downhill, dirt jump. However, the 3-year warranty applies to their frames. Cannondale Lefty fork is included in the lifetime warranty of the frame.
GT bicycles offer lifetime warranty on the bicycle frame. Registration is needed on the site. The lifetime warranty does not apply only to bikes of category gravity, freeride, downhill, dirt jump.
